trying to figure out what timezone should i count UTC+8h or UTC-8h which i think it should be...+8h shows me Irkuck

You can be in whatever time zone you want.

I reference local time for games if that helps.

i have added 2nd clock in windows to speed things up - i am always confused should i add or substract 8hrs (and what day is that...friday event is on thursday, friday or maybe saturday?)
