i just received the eu release of i 76, on the back, it shows a list of what OS will and will not run i 76. hahhaha
here it is
yes to win 95,98, ME
no to win 3.1, XP, 2000


i think ive heard of every OS running it.
what would the i 76 community do without this tech board.?

oh yeh

i forgot,,,,
to fire up i76 classic (intersate 76)

explore to you installed game and create a short cut on your desktop that points to the i76splash.exe
to play, highlight the shortcut icon and hold enter key till games starts.
now you want to alt tab out and close any garbage---and return to game.

hi slim just some 411 here: interstate 76 is a standalone game-----you dont really need a patch as it causes lag. it does have a gold edition patch, but dont use it, it makes your game an I76/patched gold version that you will never find anyone playing online. nitro is a standalone game, same thing ...
