" www.bz911.com " is the current one, and it still worked as of this past Thursday. You can type that address in directly and it should work -- I've had no problems doing it that way so far. You're not likely to find anyone by randomly checking the server, but if you post when you plan to ...

No problem, better late than never -- thanks for posting it!

Looks like good stuff - if I wasn't at work, I'd start reading it right now...

It's also mildy annoying that, for example, one piece I wrote that I still quite like, is the last chapter to a story that, for the main part, hasn't been written. (This story is based around a photograph in another story :) ) I have the exact same problem with my own stories. It's easy to write a ...

I see how Ransom and Oldsmobile can be tied, but if that is the case what would be the Marshall. Oldsmobile as far as I ever know never made a car the even resemble the Marshall not even close. If the first name wouldn't the Activision version of chevrolet be a Louis. What about Phaedra, or Adriron...

Marshall and Judge do fit together, but Ransom and Pontiac have no connection whatsoever. On the other hand, Oldsmobile was founded by a guy named Ransom Eli Olds so there is a rather strong connection - especially when you also consider that I'82 pretty solidly established Pontiac as Potomac. Many ...

Re: Interstate Vehicle Manufacturers (Reference Guide)

It was actually American Motor Corporation. fixed now - thanks --------- Instead of calling the Escort a "Bodyguard", how about "Sentinel" or even "Sentry" (which KIV actually suggested for the Nissan Sentra)? Although, "Minder" isn't bad either since ...

Trabant! I knew I'd heard that before, but just couldn't remember it.

Good stuff for the rest - I'll add them to the list

Interstate Vehicle Manufacturers (Reference Guide)

Interstate fiction writers can use this list as a reference guide when selecting vehicles that will appear in their stories. This list includes all known Interstate vehicle manufacturers that have appeared in the various games and fiction. Specific vehicle models that did not appear in I'76 Origina...

Sounds promising... just keep on writing. :) Neat idea with the sign-up sheets too If you wanted a little more of an I'76 "feel" with the car names here are some ideas: Mercury = Quicksilver (established by RLF in Kids'n'Vigs) Oldsmobile Tornado = Ransom Whirlwind (or Hurricane, Twister, e...

However, as far as I know (I maybe wrong), none of the Interstate series will support USB controllers, be it stick, gamepad or wheel. Not without a USB to game port adapter anyway. Cruiser, is this Thrustmaster stick of yours a USB device? :?: I've been using a USB stick to play Nitro for the past ...

That's a decent assumption to make. As far as the ages of characters go, at least in what I've written, it's an accurate one too. When we were writing Kids 'n' Vigs, RLF and I put a lot of careful thought into the exact dates when things would occur, so they would fit into the overall storyline and ...

There's no sense in pushing an unfinished project out the door too soon, so you don't have to post anything until it's ready.
