Re: Timed run at Slipstream
Heh, not to raise the dead but I just did this map again in a D15 version of Thunderbolt...
Looks like I got in under 9:00 again, too...
...but just off record pace at 8:58 vs. 8:55.
Funny, I clipped the wall at the end again.
Video forthcoming.

You weren't playing with hacks, were you?
You may want to delete the last VCF you were mucking around with and try again...or not.
It might do you good to have to reinstall.

Well, you're just a stinky hippie with a pocket full of the devils lettuce...we don't expect much from you. Perhaps I'll fire up a Win10 box so I can help out all you poor, unfortunate patchouli smellin' monkeys...? :P PS - Make sure your user account has full permissions to the "Activision&quo...

Do you suffer from random desktops in -GLIDE?
Assuming Windows <7/8/10>: Open your event viewer and find the application logs. Look for events that coincide with the Nitro / desktop event. If the error looks like this: Faulting application name: nitro.exe, version: 1.0.0.1, time stamp: 0x351c24ce Faulting module name: ZGLIDE.DLL, version: 0.0.0...

Re: The Tuesday Night Event!
Heh...man, what a week. For those of you who missed it we tried and failed to get the ANET2 server recompiled onto a "modern" version of the OS last night. However, rumor has it that there's another build in the works for testing tomorrow... ...that way we don't murder things out (again) t...
Fobidden!
Hey kids, we're working on upgrading the ANET2 server to something modern...
If you see the error, stand by. We're trying to keep it to 30 minutes at a time.
I'll move this to the ANET2 forum at 8:30 when we're either live on the new box or cut back over to the old one.
See you soon!
