OK, you guys know this little I'76 trick, that if you're falling to death and hit F12, you can actually survive the crash? I've tried it in Nitro Classic, and to me it doesn't work (tested on Lot of Asphalt) - changes the resolution, but the car still blows up upon impact. But in Nitro D3D, it actua...

That's exactly what worked for me. At first I tried the method Lightfoot said about, disabling the card. Worked, but was slow to do : P Now I've tried the turn SFX off thing and bah - works too!
